Most peeling comes from poor surface prep and hot tires. When tires heated by Arizona pavement sit on a weakly bonded coating, they pull it off the concrete.
How to prevent it
Choose an installer who diamond grinds, uses a full flake broadcast and finishes with a polyaspartic topcoat rated for hot tires. Ask what prep they use before you sign.
