The short answer
A standard two- or three-car garage is usually finished in one day. You can walk on it that evening and park on it in about 24 hours.
What happens during install day
Morning: we diamond grind the concrete and repair cracks. Midday: the base coat goes down and decorative flakes are broadcast to full coverage. Afternoon: excess flake is scraped and the clear polyaspartic topcoat is rolled on.
What can add time
Heavy oil staining, large cracks, moisture problems or old coatings that must be removed can add extra prep. We'll tell you at the free estimate.
